Medical Billing Pricing Fees

Rather than set flat rates for predetermined services, Medical Billing Management customizes each quote to your office's particular needs. Fees vary slightly, depending on the size and specialty of the practice, monthly volume, and insurance companies accepted by your practice. Typical billing fees are indicated below, but can be negotiated for your practice needs.


Standard Billing Fees

Percentage Rate – This rate applies to non-HMO and cash patients. This amount is based on the "net" amount of all fees collected. This insures the goals of both parties are the same: To obtain the full financial reimbursement for services provided.  Fees usually range between 7 - 10 % of the net fee collected, depending on the practice.

HMO Per Claim Rate** - Most HMO patients with capitated services will be on a per claim basis. If your HMO payers have a fee for service contract with you, then the agreed upon percentage rate above will apply.**per claim indicates each date of service
